Manhattan will be instructing a mini line dance session for all attendees with a step by step on how to do a specific dance that EVERYONE can easily follow along to and learn for themselves!

Frequently asked questions

Is there an age restriction?

Yes! Home Instead usually hosts an annual Seniors ONLY gala so this year we're switching it up for Older Adults ONLY. You will only be let into the venue if you are aged 40+. Thank you for understanding.

Will dinner and drinks be included in the ticket price?

NO! The Caruso Club catered pizza dinner will be available upon purchase ONLY at our 'Boot Scootin' Slices' station during the event (cash preferred, debit/credit available). The Caruso Club bar will be open for purchasing drinks ALL NIGHT LONG (mocktails/cocktails available).

Do I need to bring CASH for this event?

Please bring CASH if you can to this event! It is important to note that this event accepts CASH at every station (50/50, Raffle Baskets Table, "Boot Scootin' Slices" Pizza Booth, The bar, Activities, etc.) and debit/credit will only be available at the "Boot Scootin' Slices" Pizza Booth, The bar!

Will an ATM be available at the venue?

Most likely, yes! The Caruso Club Upper Hall has an ATM, however we cannot guarantee it will be available for use the day of this event. Please be prepared and bring CASH if you want to purchase things and donate to the Hospice at our Hoedown!

Is there a dress code?

Please arrive in whatever you feel most comfortable in. HOWEVER< the Home Instead team is encouraging ALL guests to wear "Hoedown Country" style clothing like denim/jeans/jean skirts, plaid, red, brown & even wear your good ol' cowboy hats and boots!

Can I donate a basket/item to the "locally donated raffle basket table" for the cause?

Yes! You absolutely can. If you're wanting to donate to our "locally donated raffle basket table" just give Home Instead a call at 705-523-1600 and ask for our Event Coordinator. From there she will ask you a few questions and tell you a deadline for collection and we can collect your basket!

Can I buy my entry ticket in-person instead of through Event Brite?

Absolutely! Home Instead Sudbury, located at 2009 Long Lake Rd, Unit #303 is open from 8:30-5:00 PM Monday-Friday and we will be selling tickets until July 23rd in-person at our front desk! We accept CASH ONLY at our in-person office location and each ticket is $20.00!

Which Hall at the Caruso is this event happening?
